Seasonal Flu Clinic
The Moultonborough Visiting Nurse Service will provide a seasonal flu vaccine clinic for individuals 18 years and older. This is not for the H1N1 swine flu vaccine.
The clinic will be on Thursday, October 15, 2009 from 9:00am to 11:00am. Please be aware if we run out of vaccine the clinic will close early. The clinic will be held at the Moultonborough Public
Safety Building on Rt. 25.
Medicare will pay for the flu vaccine for people who have Medicare Part B. You will need to have your Medicare card available at the time.
For those people not covered by Medicare Part B there is a $25.00 fee for the flu vaccination.
It is helpful if you wear short sleeves.
