Vision: Protect environmentally sensitive resources for the use of all.
Mission & Goals: Work in harmony with state services and local town boards, to review and comment on applications or projects that may impact wetlands, aquifers and water resources.
Goal: To designate and protect water supplies, aquifer zones and water resources.
Responsibilities: The Conservation Commission reviews site plans, Wetland applications, dock permits and construction in sensitive areas in accordance with the State and local ordinances and regulations.
