Filing Deadline: April 15
- The disabled person must reside on the residential real estate as of April 1.
- The improvements must be made in order for the disabled person to propel himself/herself.
- Proof of improvement for benefit of disabled person.
EXEMPTION AMOUNT: Assessed Amount of Improvement
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- PA-29 Form (Application)
- Non-Drivers or Drivers License
- PA-33 (Statement of Qualification) if property is under a Trust.
