- 100% total and permanent service-connected disability
- A resident of New Hampshire for at least one year as of April 1
CREDIT AMOUNT: $1,400.00
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
- Proof of service – DD-214 Form (if you need assistance in obtaining your DD-214 Form, contact the New Hampshire Veteran’s Council at 1-800-622-9230 or 624-9230).
- Letter from United States Department of Veteran’s Affairs stating 100% disability due to service-connected disability
- PA-29 Form (Application)
- Drivers License
- Trust Document (if applicable)
- PA-33 Form - Statement of Qualification (if property is under a Trust).
